Job Title: Head of Home Operations

Location: Mumbai

Working Mode: Work from Office (6 days a week)

Role Overview:

Were looking for an operations powerhouse to lead Company home operations, warehouse, and design teams across Mumbais micro-markets. The role involves building scalable systems, managing vendor and contractor networks, ensuring quality control, and driving execution excellence on the ground.

What Youll Do:

- Lead warehouse, procurement, and design teams across Mumbais key micro-markets.

- Build SOPs, systems, and processes to improve operational efficiency and staging quality.

- Set up and manage quality audits, contractor incentive structures, and IMS rollouts.

- Build and maintain a strong vendor and contractor network across refurbishment, logistics, and procurement.

- Drive financial control and cost management across all on-ground operations.

- Directly oversee execution and performance in 12 core micro-markets.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and finance teams to ensure on-time project delivery and quality standards.

What Were Looking For:

- Proven operations leadership experience (6+ years) in refurbishment, warehousing, procurement, or field execution.

- Background in Home / Car / Furniture refurbishment or OOH operations is a must-have.

- Experience in vendor development, cost management, and ground-team leadership.

- Strong systems and process orientation ability to build scalable operational frameworks.

- Detail-oriented leader with a bias for action and excellence in execution.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments with high accountability.
