Operations Head - Real Estate Execution & Stakeholder Management.

Location: Goa.

Reporting to: Promoter / Strategy Head.

Role Overview: The Operations Head will be responsible for end-to-end execution of real estate initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across legal, finance, compliance, and on-ground teams.

This role is critical to translating strategic intent into operational reality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee execution of land monetization and development initiatives.

- Coordinate with legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants to ensure timely closures.

- Manage documentation, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder communications.

- Build and lead local operational teams and vendor relationships.

- Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management protocols are followed.

- Act as the on-ground representative for the promoter group.

Ideal Profile:

- 10-15 years of experience in real estate operations, project coordination, or asset management.

- Strong understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in real estate.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Experience working with Tier 1 developers or mid-sized platforms preferred.

- Goa-based or willing to relocate.
