Role Overview The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading and scaling operational excellence across all outlets of the QSR chain. This strategic leadership role demands a seasoned professional with deep expertise in multi-unit operations, team management, customer experience, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will drive profitability, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across all QSR outlets, ensuring consistent service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction. - Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals, including expansion plans, cost control measures, and process improvements. - Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, including area managers, store managers, and support staff. - Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and operational metrics to monitor outlet performance, customer feedback, and employee productivity. - Supply Chain & Inventory: Optimize supply chain processes, vendor relationships, and inventory management to ensure cost efficiency and product availability. - Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, labor laws, and internal SOPs across all locations. - Technology Integration: Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency, reporting, and customer engagement. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, HR, and product development teams to support business initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications & Skills - Proven experience (15+ years) in operations management within QSR, hospitality, or FMCG sectors. - Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Deep understanding of customer service standards and operational KPIs. - Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and operational dashboards. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Hospitality Management preferred.
