About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in PMS operations, digitization, and process excellence, with proven ability to manage client servicing, fund accounting, and end-to-end operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- PMS Operations Management: Oversee and manage the complete PMS operations including account opening, documentation, trade settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.

- Digitization & Process Transformation: Drive automation and digitization initiatives across PMS operations for enhanced efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

- Wealth Spectrum Tool Management: Lead the implementation, usage, and optimization of the Wealth Spectrum tool to streamline PMS and client servicing processes.

- Client Servicing Oversight: Ensure a seamless client experience by managing the servicing team, resolving escalations, and maintaining high standards of responsiveness and accuracy.

- Fund Accounting & NAV Oversight: Supervise PMS fund accounting activities including NAV computation, reconciliations, expense accruals, and audits.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Fund Managers, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Custodians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI PMS regulations and reporting requirements, and liaise with auditors, custodians, and regulators as needed.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing PMS operations team, setting clear KPIs and performance standards.

- Operational Risk & Controls: Establish robust operational controls, review processes periodically, and implement best practices to mitigate risk.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 13-14 years of experience in PMS / Wealth Management / Asset Management operations.

- Strong knowledge of PMS account opening, client servicing, fund accounting, and settlement processes.

- Proven experience in digitization initiatives and familiarity with Wealth Spectrum or similar PMS tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-first mindset.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and process compliance.
