Operations Head for a Large Payments organization
Job Description:
- This is an exciting role that we are hiring for Our client is a large organization in the payment domain.
- They are looking to hire an Operations Head for heading all operational activities for the Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Operations Head will provide leadership to the Merchant Service team
- Drive operations excellence, efficiency & productivity
- Ensure operational compliance
- Process improvement & automation
- Manage service channels including Voice, Email and Chat
The Need:
- 18+ years in Operations Leadership
- Leadership experience in the Payments domain
- Good knowledge of Acquiring and Issuing business (MUST)
- Managed Voice, Email, Chat
- Must have worked in Large Payments organization with good knowledge of Card Payments, Chargebacks, Card Operations, Payment Operations and more
- Great Leadership & Excellent Communication
