Role Overview:

The Head of Organic Agritech will serve as the strategic leader for our operations in Kolkata, overseeing the entire business lifecycle from farm-level production to final market delivery. This role involves managing the full P&L, driving business growth, and optimizing supply chain logistics to ensure the scalability of our organic farming initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the end-to-end P&L for the organic business unit to ensure financial health and sustainable revenue growth.

- Oversee large-scale supply chain operations to minimize post-harvest losses and improve the efficiency of distribution networks.

- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across agri-operations and marketing to foster a culture of high performance and innovation.

- Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders, including government bodies, farming cooperatives, and retail distributors, to expand market reach.
