The company is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and expand its end-to-end service delivery functions. The role involves driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring smooth execution across all services and channels. It requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong analytical, leadership, and execution skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Role and responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations across workshops, office, central operations teams, and key stakeholders.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations to ensure consistent service quality.
- Manage supply chain coordination to ensure timely availability of parts and smooth service delivery.
- Work closely with the Technology and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless and integrated execution.
- Track key performance metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), service level adherence (SLA), and customer satisfaction (NPS), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize workforce and resource utilization to boost productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Support expansion into new regions and cities in partnership with business leaders.
- Lead, mentor, and build a strong, high-performing operations team across multiple regions.
- Use analytics to manage dashboards, reports, and investor presentations.
- Interact confidently with existing investors and assist in engaging new investors.
