Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Operations Head to lead and oversee the overall operations of our manufacturing plants from the Head Office. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring smooth coordination between factories and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple manufacturing units.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.

- Monitor factory performance and ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines.

- Work closely with Plant Heads and departmental leaders to resolve operational challenges and improve performance.

- Take timely and firm business decisions to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, cost reduction, and resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all manufacturing locations.

- Review MIS reports, production data, inventory, and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, HR, Finance, and Sales teams for seamless business operations.

- Mentor, guide, and develop leadership teams across factories while fostering a high performance culture.

- Conduct regular factory visits to review operations, identify bottlenecks, and ensure operational discipline.

- Support the Management in strategic planning, business expansion, budgeting, and organizational growth.

- Represent the Operations function in management meetings and provide actionable business insights.

- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all plants.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or any relevant discipline.

- MBA in Operations or General Management will be preferred.

Experience:

- 12-14 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple plants.
