Head - Operations - Luxury Interiors Design Studio

Our client is a leading luxury design studio based in Bangalore, known for crafting bespoke residential spaces with a strong focus on design excellence, execution quality, and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a seasoned Head of Operations to oversee and optimize all operational aspects of high-value interior projects. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where precision, aesthetics, and client experience are paramount.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the full project lifecycle-from planning through on-site delivery-for premium residential interiors typically valued at - 50 lakhs and above.

- Collaborate with design teams, external vendors, civil contractors, and clients to ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.

- Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, site coordination, and progress tracking across multiple projects.

- Serve as the senior-most point of contact for clients during execution phases, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and proactively.

- Lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance and accountability across project managers, designers, and site personnel.

- Build and optimize internal systems and workflows to scale operational excellence across projects.

Candidate Profile :

- A senior professional with 10-12 years of experience in delivering complex, high-value residential interior or turnkey projects.

- Skilled in managing both civil and modular workstreams, including premium kitchen installations and high-spec detailing.

- Experienced in leading multi-stakeholder teams and working closely with HNI clients and top-tier vendors.

- Strong on-ground problem solver with the ability to preempt issues and enforce quality.

- Comfortable using project tracking tools and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Management.

- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a bonus but not mandatory.

- Strong working knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project financials.
