We are looking for Head Operations for a client based in Mumbai. Purpose: 1. Monitor, review, and oversee management and supervision of various functions of Operations across the Shared Service Domains ("SSDs") 2. Ensure adherence and compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines and policies relevant to operations across the SSDs 3. Ensure to maintain stringent risk, control, and compliance standards across the SSDs - oversee audits when conducted and ensure minimum satisfactory rating 4. Process and service improvement and initiatives to be taken through ideation and ensuring zero errors. KRA: 1. Setting up the guidelines and policies relevant to operations across each of the SSDs 2. Monitor, oversee, and manage all operations related to the SSDs with zero errors 3. Ensure adequate coordination with each of the teams to maintain high-quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction 4. Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by all team Heads in the respective service domains 5. Evaluate process improvement gaps and initiative productivity and efficiency improvement exercises across the SSDs 6. Identify areas where productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives can be introduced 7. Any other job duty and project responsibility assigned by the line manager from time to time or on an Adhoc basis 8. Ensure smooth functioning of all the SSDs by supervising activities relating to customer service & payments 9. Ensure maintenance and filing of documents as per filing process and quality initiatives taken at the service domain level 10. Ensure adherence to agreed turnaround times with business thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and ensure NIL errors and complaints in all the service domains 11. Lead and drive the digitalization agenda across all branches through IDEAL migration, Smart Forms adoption, and all other ongoing digital initiatives of the organization
