Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate business strategies in collaboration with the executive team.

- Implement efficient processes, systems, and operational standards.

- Coordinate customer service operations to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Oversee implementation of IoT & Smart City technology solutions for customers.

- Manage contracts and relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

- Mentor and motivate cross-functional teams for high productivity and engagement.

- Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aligned with business goals.

- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery.

- Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement process improvements.

- Monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and optimize operational performance.

- Mitigate operational risks and ensure business continuity.

- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and informed decision-making.

- Implement and maintain a quality management system for consistent standards.
