Role Overview:

The Head of Operations - Integrated Logistics Management is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our integrated logistics operations in Karnataka. This role involves managing a large team, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and working closely with internal stakeholders across procurement, warehousing, and delivery to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain execution. The successful candidate will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall profitability of the Karnataka region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize logistics processes and improve service delivery for clients in Karnataka.

- Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery of materials to support operational needs.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with sales and client management teams to understand client requirements and develop customized logistics solutions.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

- Manage relationships with key vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.

- Drive innovation in logistics processes and technologies, identifying and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large logistics teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Proven expertise in supply chain management, logistics operations, and delivery management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex logistics challenges.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Deep understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within the logistics industry.

- Adaptable to on-site work environment in Karnataka.
