Head - Operations - Insurance Broking

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead our operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, customers, insurers, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy:

- Develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery across customers, insurers, brokers, and vendors.

- Drive IT enablement and digitisation initiatives for cost-efficient scalability.

- Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices.

Process & Performance Management:

- Streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and implement improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Partner with internal teams to align operations with business goals.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Financial & Risk Oversight:

- Manage operational budgets effectively.

- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Team Leadership:

- Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.

- Drive capability building and professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Engineer or CA; MBA preferred.

- Proven experience in an operational leadership role within the insurance broking industry.
