Reports To: Founder & CEO

A fast-growing influencer marketing and creator-led communications agency is looking for a Head of Operations to anchor its delivery engine. This leadership role ensures smooth cross-functional functioning, robust campaign execution, and operational scalability as the company continues to expand.

Role Overview:

The Head of Operations will drive process excellence, team performance, financial efficiency, and seamless collaboration across Client Servicing, Creator Partnerships, Finance, HR, and Production. Youll be the force that turns strategy into execution and ensures the organisation runs with clarity, discipline, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy & Process Excellence:

- Build and streamline SOPs across Client Servicing, Campaign Management, Finance, and HR.

- Establish structured workflows for campaign execution, approvals, delivery, and reporting.

- Identify operational gaps and implement automation using tools like Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.

- Create quarterly and annual operational roadmaps aligned to business growth goals.

2. Performance & Delivery Management:

- Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Define KPIs for campaign efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.

- Partner with Client Servicing and Finance to ensure projects meet expected margins.

- Monitor utilization, productivity, and capacity planning across teams.

3. Financial & Resource Planning:

- Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, cost controls, vendor payments, and reconciliations.

- Track P&L performance across business verticals (tech, lifestyle, luxury, etc.).

- Optimise headcount planning, vendor partnerships, and talent deployment.

4. Leadership & People Management:

- Lead Operations, Campaign, and Project Management teams with clarity and mentorship.

- Build a culture that values ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with HR for hiring, onboarding, and career development of operational teams.

5. Growth & Scalability:

- Support the leadership team in building governance frameworks and scaling for future growth milestones.

- Implement dashboards and MIS systems for weekly and monthly business reviews.

- Drive consistent alignment between Sales, Strategy, and Operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

10 - 15 years of experience in Operations / Business Management, ideally within digital, influencer, or media agencies.

Strong understanding of campaign execution, vendor management, and project delivery.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven experience in scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
