Were looking for a hands-on Operations Head who loves execution, takes full ownership, and enjoys turning chaos into scalable systems.

If youve worked in high-growth, execution-heavy companies and want to build, not maintain, this role is for you.

What youll do

- Own end-to-end operations and ensure things run smoothly as we scale

- Build, implement, and continuously improve processes & SOPs

- Work directly with founders/leadership to turn strategy into execution

- Run key programs and initiatives with clear timelines and outcomes

- Use data and metrics to identify gaps, fix bottlenecks, and improve efficiency

- Collaborate closely with tech, product, and business teams

- Be the go-to person for solving tough operational problems fast

What were looking for

- 3-6 years of experience in operations / program management / execution roles

- Startup or high-growth experience companies.

- Strong problem-solving and process-building skills

- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and tech tools

- High ownership mindset - you dont wait to be told what to fix

- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Good to have

- IIT / IIM or equivalent Tier-1 background

- Experience scaling operations from early to growth stage
