Join a leading helmet manufacturing company which is the part of big Automotive Conglomerate

Location: Manesar, Gurgaon, Haryana

CTC: 40-45 LPA

Experience: 15-20 years (Manufacturing Operations - Automotive/Helmet preferred)

What You'll Do:

1. Lead end-to-end plant operations - production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, logistics, procurement.

2. Develop and implement production plans aligned with business goals.

3. Drive Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma initiatives to boost efficiency.

4. Foster a high performance culture with safety, quality, and innovation at its core.

5. Collaborate with R&D and sales teams to align operations with market demands.

6. Bring in new business channels to drive revenue growth.

What We're Looking For:

1. BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial/Production) - MBA preferred.

2. Strong leadership, operational strategy, and process optimization expertise.

3. Proven track record in automation and digital transformation in manufacturing.
