My Client is a financial education-led fintech platform.

Role - Head - Operations(Fintech/Edtech)

Location - Mumbai

Seeking an Operations Lead who will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all operational functions across the organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution, efficient data management, and smooth coordination between departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can operate as a strong execution driver who takes ownership end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Ops Coordination Across All Verticals

- Act as the central operations bridge between all internal teams-Product, Content, Tech, Community, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

- Work closely with the Founders to prioritise and execute strategic initiatives.

- Ensure every department's processes, tasks, and deliverables are aligned and running smoothly.

Data & Reporting Ownership

- Collate, track, and maintain all operations data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

- Build and manage operational dashboards (SLA tracking, task statuses, performance metrics).

- Ensure accurate and timely flow of information to Founders and Business Heads.

Execution & Process Optimisation

- Drive end-to-end execution of operational tasks, new projects, and cross-functional initiatives.

- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across teams.

- Standardise workflows and create systems that scale with the company's growth.

Stakeholder & Task Management

- Ensure all teams are aligned with timelines, priorities, and SLAs.

- Track progress of all ongoing tasks and follow up with teams to ensure closure.

- Handle day-to-day operations issues with speed and clarity.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-15 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or Generalist roles.

- Strong experience working in startups, preferably from a consultant background.

- Excellent multitasking, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Strong analytical skills with a knack for organising data and building reports.

- Ability to work directly with Founders and senior leadership with high accountability.

- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven.
