Job Title: Operational Head (Head of Operations)

Summary:

Oversees end-to-end brokerage operations across international markets, covering onboarding and KYC, trading and post-trade, payments, settlements, and client support. Ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and scalability while managing key vendors, platforms, and liquidity partners. Leads the operations team and drives automation, process improvement, and readiness for new products, markets, and licenses.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end brokerage operations including onboarding & KYC, trading & post-trade, payments, settlements, reconciliations, and client support.

- Design, document, and optimize SOPs to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions.

- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and manage operational risk.

- Oversee trading operations, liquidity provider interfaces, platforms (MT4/MT5), and technology vendors.

- Manage payment operations, treasury activities, client fund controls, and vendor relationships.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team with clear KPIs and performance standards.

- Drive automation, process improvement, and operational readiness for new products, markets, and licenses.

- Strong experience in brokerage/trading operations within a regulated environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of KYC, AML, payments, and post-trade processes.

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and process-driven mindset.

- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA / CA / CFA preferred).

- 15+ years of operations experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.

- Experience in regulated trading/broker environments.

- Exposure to global and outsourced teams preferred
