Position - Head Operations (Punjab)

Location : Khanna (Chandigarh to Ludhiana Highway), Punjab

Reporting To : COO (he is based at Coimbatore HQ)

Role Overview:

- Lead and manage state-wide operations for the Commercial Vehicle business in Punjab, driving sales,service, profitability, network performance, and customer satisfaction, in full alignment with OEM and company standards.

Key Deliverables:

- Achieve sales, service, spares, and profitability targets of the operating region

- Lead multi-location teams (Sales, Service, Parts, HR, Admin & Compliances) for operational excellence.

- Ensure team's adherence to SOPs, OEM guidelines, and statutory compliances.

- Responsible to drive the team towards customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS) and maintaining cordial relationship with all stakeholders. and to handle market expansion.

- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and market expansion.

- Provide strategic market intelligence handy and always provide valuable inputs to management.

Candidate Profile Requirements:

- Experience: 18+ years in the Commercial Vehicle industry; of which 5+ years in senior state / regional operations role.

- Qualification: Graduate (Engineering/Business preferred); MBA desirable.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of CV sales, after-sales, workshop operations, and OEM relations.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams (300+ staff) and turnover (- 300+ Cr).

- Tech Skills: ERP/DMS/MS Office proficiency
