Position Overview:
The Head of Operations for the central team will lead and oversee the critical functions of Operations, Finance, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can integrate these diverse teams to drive organizational efficiency, growth, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the central teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and HR to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and strategies.
- Develop and implement operational policies, frameworks, and best practices that optimize workflow and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and analysis to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Drive marketing strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement across channels.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring top talent aligned with company culture and strategic needs.
- Oversee HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, compensation, training, and compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all departments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement across teams through technology adoption and process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Masters from a premier Institute or Degree from Global recognized Institutes.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations leadership roles with multi-functional responsibilities including Finance, Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing diverse teams and driving cross-departmental collaboration.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage change effectively.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for operations, finance, HR, and marketing.
