About ElectricPe:

ElectricPe retails affordable electric two-wheelers across Delhi NCR, western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Karnataka. We operate our own network of company-owned stores along with a dealer and franchise network, and we run our own retail, service and supply chain operations. We are now building a national dealer + franchise network. We are looking for a hands-on operator to build the company's supply-chain backbone.

Role:

You will own: Sourcing - Manufacturing & Assembly - Quality - Inventory - Logistics - Spares - Service

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage supplier/assembler/ manufacturer network.

- Drive transition toward controlled self-production of affordable electric two wheelers.

- Establish QC standards and supplier quality management.

- Own inventory planning and working capital.

- Build regional warehousing/distribution as volumes scale.

- Reduce logistics cost per scooter.

- Ensure scooter and spare-parts availability.

- Build warranty and service processes.

- Drive operational cost, quality and productivity improvements.

- Build the operating systems required to scale the business.

- Inventory turns / inventory days

- Stock-out %

- Supplier OTIF

- Gross margin improvement

- Assembly cost/scooter

- Logistics cost/scooter

- PDI failure %

- Warranty %

- Warranty cost/scooter

- Spare-parts availability

- Service TAT

Ideal Candidate:

- 8 - 15 years of operations/supply-chain experience.

- Strong experience across procurement + inventory + logistics + operations.

- Hands-on experience in automotive/EV/manufacturing.

- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, resource-constrained environment.

- Experience building systems from scratch.

- Startup/high-growth experience preferred.

- Most relevant backgrounds: EV, 2W, automotive, auto-components, manufacturing + distribution.
