Head - Operations & Supply Chain - D2C

Description: We're a D2C company in the fresh food space, looking for a leader to run our end-to-end operations. In this role, you will be responsible for our entire supply chainfrom sourcing and production all the way through to last-mile delivery. We need someone who can build scalable processes, lead a strong team, and ensure we operate with excellence as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Supply Chain: Oversee and optimize all operational functions, including procurement, production, warehousing, and logistics.

- Build for Scale: Develop and implement efficient processes that can support our rapid growth while maintaining quality.

- Lead the Team: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing operations team.

- Problem-Solve: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges using a data-driven approach.

- Strategize: Design supply chain strategies focused on reducing costs, improving speed, and ensuring product freshness.

- Collaborate: Work with senior leadership to align operational plans with company-wide objectives.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

- Proven experience building and scaling operational processes.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.

- Expertise in logistics, process optimization, and data analysis.
