- The role carries country-level accountability for operational excellence, risk and control governance, cost optimization, and large-scale transformation through standardization, automation, and offshore integration. This is a strategic leadership role partnering closely with Business Heads, CEO's office, regulators, and global stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cost optimization through process standardization, automation, offshoring, and work migration
- Own operational risk, controls, governance, audits, and regulatory engagements
- Partner with Business Heads to deliver service quality, customer advocacy, and SLA outcomes
- Lead large transformation programs, including straight-through processing and service re-engineering
- Build and lead high-performing senior leadership teams; drive capability and succession planning
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong background across Corporate / Wholesale / Institutional Banking operations
- Proven ownership of risk, controls, KYC / AML, audits, and regulatory interactions
- Experience driving large-scale process transformation and cost reduction initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders and global matrix organizations
- Willingness to be on-site in GIFT City, Gujarat
