Head - Operations & Maintenance - Plant

Position : Group Head Operations and Maintenance.

Level : Leadership

Reporting : To Managing Director & Chairman

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

- Advanced management qualifications (e.g., MBA) or certifications in Power Plant Operations / Safety Management would be an advantage.

Experience : 20 to 25 Yrs

- Industry Exposure : Power Generation. (Thermal Power Generation)

- Brief Role : Should have exclusive knowledge on Power Generation , Operation and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants.

- Lead the strategic growth of the organization.

- Manager overall operations of the organization while working closely with the Internal and External Stakeholders.

- Should be able to work with the Investors.

- Should have deep understanding of PPA, Fuel linkage, Operation and Maintenance of Thermal PowerPlants.

- Should be able to work closely with State Utilities / Regional Dispatch centers / Central Regulatory Authorities.

- Ensure Peak Plant Performance and monitor the PPA agreement.

- Ensure best in class management and safety practices.

- Lead Cultural Change and Organization Development.

- Act as key ambassador of the organization.
