India Operations Manager - South India (Tamil Nadu Preferred)

A Belgium-based international company active in agricultural/raw material sourcing has been working with suppliers in India for many years and is now looking to hire a local India Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen its India operations.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier relationships and sourcing activities in India

- Ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and timely delivery

- Coordinate production follow-up, supplier communication, and reporting

- Handle day-to-day administration and operational matters of the Indian subsidiary

- Act as the key liaison between Indian suppliers and the European headquarters

Profile:

- Experience in sourcing agricultural products/raw materials in India

- Preferably knowledge of the coconut/coir raw material market in South India

- Familiar with company administration and operational coordination

- Strong English communication skills

- Hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused

- Comfortable traveling within supplier region
