Head - Operations - Affordable Housing Finance

We are hiring for Head - Operations for Delhi based Affordable Housing Finance Client!

Role Overview:

As Head - Operations for our Gurgaon location, you will lead and optimise end to end operations for our affordable housing finance vertical-ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement best practice operational systems, processes, and policies across functions.

- Lead operations for loan origination, documentation, disbursement, collections, and servicing.

- Manage branch and regional coordination and mentoring.

- Coordinate with legal, credit, risk, compliance, technology, and channel teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Champion operational efficiency, including MIS dashboards, TAT tracking, and process improvements.

- Drive digital transformation, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.

- Lead budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization across operations.

- Support strategic delivery of growth targets, AUM, and profitability within the affordable housing vertical.
