Head - Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Operations Head to oversee end-to-end operations across supply chain, production, logistics, and distribution. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence to support business growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and a proven track record in managing large-scale FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall operations including supply chain, production, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

- Ensure smooth demand planning, inventory management, and timely product availability.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using industry best practices (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

- Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.

- Monitor key KPIs and operational metrics; prepare regular performance reports for management.

- Manage cross-functional coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing teams.

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

- Mentor and lead operational teams; develop capability and structure for future growth.
