Head - Operations

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead end-to-end business operations, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and profitability. This role requires a proven leader who can align strategic vision with execution excellence across multiple business verticals.

The incumbent will oversee core operational functions from supply chain, customer service, and process excellence to P&L management ensuring seamless delivery, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership

- Define and execute the companys operations strategy aligned with long-term business goals.

- Own the P&L and drive operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability.

- Lead planning, execution, and optimization across supply chain, logistics, and customer operations.

- Build and institutionalize robust SOPs, governance models, and KPI frameworks.

Business Excellence & Process Optimization

- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across business units.

- Drive digital transformation and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

- Establish data-driven operational dashboards to enable faster decision-making.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

- Lead a multi-disciplinary operations team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and

performance.

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to align goals and deliverables.

- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure on-time delivery and service excellence.

Performance & Risk Management

- Monitor operational metrics and financial performance to identify improvement areas.

- Implement risk mitigation and cost-optimization strategies to ensure business continuity.

- Ensure adherence to all compliance, legal, and quality standards.
