About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Head of Operations with a strong academic background in Psychology/Psychiatry and proven expertise in operations leadership. This role blends clinical understanding with operational excellence, driving smooth scheduling, client experience, team efficiency, and organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing clinical insight, business partnerships, and people leadership.
Role Requirements:
- Masters/Doctorate in Psychology, Psychiatry, or related field
- For Psychiatrists, valid certification/license is mandatory
- 15+ years of experience in operations leadership (healthcare, mental health, or wellness preferred)
- Proven expertise in scheduling, team capacity, and compliance management
- Strong business acumen with corporate/educational partnership experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Lead scheduling and capacity management to ensure smooth client journeys, minimal wait times, and optimal psychologist utilization.
- Implement systems to reduce cancellations, prevent burnout, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Clinical & Training Engagement:
- Conduct 30 hours/month of sessions, workshops, or trainings.
- Align operational processes with clinical best practices, design urgent care protocols, and enhance client pathways through feedback and innovation.
Partnerships & Growth:
- Collaborate with sales/marketing to build impactful partnerships with corporates, schools, and healthcare organizations.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrate ROI, and create customized service models.
- Convert leads, manage CRM entries, and support strategic expansion initiatives.
