The Role:

A leading player in the industrial water solutions sector is looking to onboard an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to lead and scale its operations across multiple business lines. This role is crucial to the company's growth roadmap and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing enterprise with aggressive expansion plans in place.

The role involves overseeing end-to-end operations including engineering, project execution, O&M service delivery, and supply chain for both equipment and chemical solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic foresight, executional discipline, and strong leadership to drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and streamline operational functions across project delivery, services, engineering, and supply chain.

- Build scalable systems and implement best-in-class practices to support growth and profitability.

- Strengthen safety standards and customer-centricity across all project sites and internal operations.

- Drive operational improvements through digital tools, automation, and performance analytics.

- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning, capital investments, and cost optimization.

- Manage and mentor a large cross-functional team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Ideal Profile:

- 18-20 years of experience in industrial operations, project execution, or engineering services.

- Strong exposure to the water treatment industry or similar process-oriented sectors.

- Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving operational transformation.

- Familiarity with implementing ERP systems and scaling digital workflows is an advantage.

- PMP certification is preferred.

- Engineering degree (preferably Chemical, Environmental, or related); MBA desirable.
