Job Description:

- As Head of Operations, you will own the end-to-end operations ecosystem ; spanning last-mile delivery, warehousing, logistics strategy, process excellence, and new city launches.

- This is a leadership role where speed, structure, and scale must work in sync.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

- Lead and scale all aspects of operations strategy and execution - including warehousing, logistics, last-mile delivery, and expansion into new cities.

- Design, optimize, and automate processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.

- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performance operations team (managers, delivery executives, and ground staff).

- Drive data-led decision making, continuously analyzing metrics to improve turnaround times, cost efficiency, and customer experience.

- Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Customer Experience teams to build robust ops-tech integrations.

- Build strong vendor and partner networks for logistics and supply chain scalability.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 6-10 years of experience in high-intensity operations (logistics, supply chain, dark store ops, last-mile delivery).

- Proven track record in scaling ground ops at a consumer-facing, fast-paced startup (quick commerce, e-commerce, food delivery, mobility, etc.

- Strong experience with warehouse management, route optimization, and logistics tools.

- Hands-on operator mindset - thrives in solving problems on the ground and iterating in real time.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
