Business Unit: Sheeting Business

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee all operational aspects of sheeting business at the Budhni plant. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring smooth production processes and meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Lead end-to-end operations of the sheeting business, ensuring efficient production, resource management, and timely delivery.

- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve product quality standards in alignment with customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

- Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure uninterrupted raw material availability and smooth product dispatch.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations at the plant. Promote a safe working environment.

- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and forecasts to senior management.

- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the sheeting, textiles, or manufacturing sector.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing operations.

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and safety standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
