Job Role: Operations Head.
Location: Chennai.
Experience: 20-25 years.
Languages: Hindi and English are mandatory, other languages are an added advantage.
Summary:
Results-driven and strategic Operations Head with a proven track record of leading end-to-end business operations, optimizing processes, and driving organizational efficiency.
Demonstrated expertise in scaling operations, improving productivity, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning operational goals with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team and implement efficient processes, systems, and standards.
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for the customers as per their Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Developing and implementing long-term operational strategies that align with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
- Overseeing multiple operational projects simultaneously to ensure that employees complete them on time, within budget and to the desired level of quality.
- Identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring that the organization can function effectively and overcome unexpected challenges.
- Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and implementing changes that increase efficiency.
- Managing budgets, analyzing financial data and making informed decisions to optimize operational performance.
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners and customers to achieve operational goals.
- Leading and motivating cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations and holding individuals accountable for results.
- Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Designing, implementing and maintaining a quality management system that ensures consistent quality throughout all operational processes.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement where all employees can identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to ongoing operational optimization.
Qualifications:
- BE EEE/ECE, Mechatronics, Mechanical.
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with customers at senior levels.
- Experience in Team Building and Team Management.
- Some experience in Sales will be preferred.
