The role holder is responsible for end-to-end planning, and production including third-party sourcing, Quality Assurance, Packaging, and Logistics for the timely availability of the finished goods at the CNF points pan India, in a cost-effective manner, in line with the Marketing and Sales Plans of the Organization. Role Responsibilities: 1. Developing the overall production Strategy and Plan basis ABP - Marketing and Sales plans for the year. 2. Prepare production budget, seek approval of the budget and monitor volumes of production, maintain all productivity norms, ie. yield and efficiency. 3. Cost-effective and timely purchase and procurement of quality raw material and packaging material for the factory basis sales forecast and inventory norms. 4. Identification and selection of TPUs basis analysis of CBA, ROI, and Biz Strategy to partner with suitable Vendors to drive the biz requirements in a cost-effective manner. 5. Ensure timely and cost-effective production of finished goods through company-owned and third-party manufacturing units as per plan. 6. Continuous improvement for productivity enhancement with optimization of man, material & machine in a sustainable manner thru TQM and TPM tools/interventions in a systemic manner and meet the standards defined as per ISO. 7. Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules to increase machine uptime/equipment reliability, thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget. 8. Executing cost-saving techniques/measures to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget in a sustainable manner thru processes and systems. 9. Formulation and Execution of Effective Logistics planning for the movement of finished goods to the CNF Warehouses across geographies as per the Sales plan. 10. Responsible for 100% compliance with all legal and statutory provisions including safety requirements at company-owned plants and ensuring regular safety audits as per standards. 11. Coordinating with R&D and marketing for the development of prototypes/trials of new products/packaging as per plan / NPL plans and cost structures. 12. Defining SOP & SLA to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignments across India as per benchmark practices. 13. Enhance efficiency in demand fulfillment by proactive replenishment, monitoring product quality & availability & tracking inventories in CNF. 14. Manage the inventory turnover ratio of materials as per budgeted levels. 15.
