Head - Operational Risk - NBFC

- Design and drive the enterprise-wide Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), policies, and procedures.

- Implement risk identification, assessment (RCSA), monitoring, and control testing across all business functions.

- Manage the Operational Risk Incident & Loss Event Data collection and reporting process.

- Ensure regular updates to the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and coordinate Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reporting.

- Partner with the business to assess new products, processes, and systems from an operational risk perspective.

- Support the development of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Crisis Management frameworks.

- Establish a strong risk culture through training and awareness programs.

- Prepare operational risk reports for senior management, Board Risk Committee, and regulators (RBI, etc.).

- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and IT/cybersecurity for effective risk oversight.

- Lead a team of operational risk professionals and enhance their capabilities.
