The role seeking a senior leader (No. 1 / No. 2 role) in Operational Excellence & LEAN to drive large-scale transformation across its manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for embedding LEAN principles, leading KAIZEN initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across three manufacturing plants with a workforce of approximately 20,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Operational Excellence:

- Translate company strategy into operational improvement initiatives.

- Drive end-to-end LEAN manufacturing implementation across all plants.

- Identify productivity, efficiency, cost, and quality improvement opportunities.

KAIZEN & Continuous Improvement:

- Conduct KAIZEN workshops and problem-solving sessions across levels.

- Engage cross-functional teams to address operational bottlenecks.

- Build structured continuous improvement frameworks and governance.

Performance Management & Dashboards:

- Design and present operational dashboards to leadership.

- Track KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost optimization, and efficiency.

- Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

Culture & Capability Building:

- Propagate a culture of LEAN thinking and operational discipline.

- Train and mentor plant leadership and middle management.

- Institutionalize best practices across all three plants.
