Head - Operational Excellence & Business Transformation

Objective :

The Head of Business Transformation Office (BTO) acts as the central orchestrator who bridges the gap between high-level company strategy and operational execution.

To successfully drive a company's dual priorities, balance short-term execution and efficiency with long-term growth and cultural evolution

Key Responsibilities :

1) Translate Vision to Roadmaps: Converting the MD & CEO's broad company vision into structured, multi-year transformation plans.

2) Lead and drive cross-departmental setups to adapt to company vision.

3) Provide consistent project frameworks, tools, and performance scorecards to unify the organization's approach to change.

4) Design fast -paced, focused cross functional review meetings to track project velocity and remove operational bottlenecks.

5) Enforce Accountability : Operating as the single source of truth for tracking projects, ensuring respective project owners meet target delivery dates.

6) Identifying immediate delivery roadblocks, resource constraints, or departmental resistance to pivot plans quickly

7) Acting as a trusted extension of the MD to ensure that short term performance metrics never derail long-term strategic goals.
