Must haves: You should have handled the category of smart watches, smart wearables, smart mobiles, tablets or laptops and china vendor ecosystem Role Summary: The Head of Operations will lead end-to-end Operations, including Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Product Quality, and Make in India (MII) initiatives for the Smart Wearables division. This strategic role is a key member of the Smart Wearables Leadership Team and is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and execution aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead supply chain, vendor management, and procurement operations across global and domestic markets. - Oversee operations planning, inventory management, and coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain product quality standards, aligned with Titans QMS, ISO 9001, and TVQMS frameworks. - Prepare and manage internal and external audits for suppliers and vendors. - Develop and implement robust MIS systems, dashboards, and operational analytics. - Nurture and expand the Make in India (MII) vendor ecosystem; explore ASEAN sourcing opportunities, especially in Vietnam. - Drive cost optimization, ensuring adherence to NC-NSR and AGC goals. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 15+ years of experience in operations leadership in consumer electronics, FMCG, or smart devices. - Proven expertise in managing OEM/ODM/CMS partnerships in China, EU, and the US. - Experience in smartwatches/smart wearables is highly preferred. - Strong background in quality management within scale-up or high-growth organizations. - Demonstrated ability to lead from both strategic and hands-on operational perspectives. - Exceptional team leadership and people management capabilities. - Excellent communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. - Willing to work from Bangalore and collaborate closely with teams in Hyderabad and international partners.
