Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the overall online sales strategy across D2C and marketplaces
- Drive GTM planning including pricing, promotions, and launch strategies
- Optimize website performance including conversion rates, AOV, and retention
- Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to drive improvements
-Lead end-to-end marketplace strategy and operations
- Manage relationships with account managers and platform partners
- Collaborate with marketing teams/agencies on paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Continuously optimize campaigns, channels, and funnels
- Build and lead the online sales function over time
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in e-commerce / online sales within D2C or consumer brands
- Strong experience managing both D2C websites and marketplaces
- Proven track record of scaling online revenue in a high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and digital growth levers
