About the Role:

- We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Business Head to lead a dynamic and growing digital marketing venture. This is a leadership role requiring a strong entrepreneurial mindset, deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, and a proven ability to build and scale a business from the ground up.

- You will be responsible for running the business end-to-end from strategy and operations to growth, partnerships, and team building. If you're passionate about digital content, influencers, and building new-age platforms, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to create impact and own the business journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and execute the company's overall business roadmap and growth strategy.

- Lead all functions including marketing, operations, partnerships, product planning, finance, and team hiring.

- Establish and manage collaborations with influencers, content creators, and relevant ecosystem partners.

- Oversee content strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition channels.

- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

- Take full ownership of the P&L, budgeting, and reporting.

- Drive platform evolution and user experience in collaboration with the product/tech teams.

- Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the business goals.

- Represent the company in key business meetings, investor discussions, and strategic partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

- 8+ years of progressive experience in business leadership, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or platform-based business models.

- Prior experience in building or scaling a digital/creator economy business is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the influencer/content creator ecosystem and digital marketing trends.

- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and business operations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
