Description: A Sales Head for Offline Sales is the leader responsible for managing and growing physical channel sales such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and modern trade stores.

Role Overview: The Offline Sales Head leads the entire traditional trade and retail sales network for a company, especially in industries like FMCG, snacks, food & beverages, consumer goods, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:


- Distributor & Retail Network Management Build and manage distributor, super stockist, and retailer networks.

- Channel Sales Strategy Plan and execute sales strategies for general trade, modern trade, and institutional sales.

- Revenue & Sales Targets Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Market Expansion Launch products in new cities and expand retail presence.

- Trade Marketing Coordination Work closely with marketing teams for in-store promotions, visibility, and merchandising.

- Team Leadership Manage regional sales managers, area sales managers, and sales executives.

- Retail Performance Monitoring Track secondary sales, stock movement, and distributor performance.
