- The "Head of Applications India" is the leader of the equally titled teams based in Trivandrum and Pune, which are part of the clients Technology product area or Applications". He/she is end-to-end accountable for overseeing and managing all aspects of the delivery operations, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards. He/she is directly reporting to the member of the Executive Management Team of clients Technology, responsible for Applications.

- Effectively and efficiently steer Applications India team, and operate as trusted Lead with E2E accountability for the delivery and operations of all related clients Technology internal service offerings along with responsibility for the associated internal and external customers P&L

- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation and improve project delivery processes in collaboration senior internal stakeholders and customers

- Closely collaborate with Vertical Leads in App, Head of App1 / App2 India, and CTOs to identify and leverage synergies.

- Drive clients Technology transformation programs to ensure successful delivery on company ambitions and objectives

- Foster a culture of excellence & continuous improvement within the delivery center, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing

- Act as a spokesperson for Applications 1/2 India, representing the company at industry events and customer meetings

- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

- Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for App1 / App2 India, aligning it with the company's overall goals.
