Position: Head of Communications

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 12-15 years with minimum 5 years in leading a media team

Education: Bachelor's in communication or journalism + Masters in similar field shall be preferred

The Head of Communications at Confluence shall develop and execute strategies to enhance brand reputation that align with the Firm's vision. The person shall oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring employees stay informed while promoting the firm's image to clients and external media platforms. This role involves creating high-quality content across digital and other media channels to maintain brand consistency.

Key responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

- Lead and evolve the firm's brand identity in collaboration with leadership and project teams.

- Ensure all content reflects the firm's core values, design philosophy, and commitment to design excellence.

- Develop brand guidelines and enforce consistency across touchpoints (digital, print, events).

Social Media & External Communication:

- Develop and execute a content strategy for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.

- Lead the inhouse content team to produce visually compelling posts, reels, case studies, blogs and project narratives.

- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns to build audience and drive influence within architecture and design communities.

- Oversee media outreach in collaboration with external agency, including awards submissions, media publications, and partnerships with design press.

Internal Communications & Culture:

- Design and lead internal campaigns that build cross-team collaboration.

- Organize internal newsletters, design showcases, and leadership updates to align all members on the firm's vision and projects.

- Partner with HR to support onboarding, team bonding initiatives, and events that foster a strong studio culture.
