Reports to: - CEO

Job Description:

- Drive revenue and gross margin growth for the Ocean Freight business

- Increase volumes across TEUs and CBMs

- Manage and negotiate carrier costs to remain competitive

- Ensure high customer satisfaction and strong retention

- Maintain on-time delivery and consistent service quality

- Improve team productivity and manage attrition

- Develop and execute strategies for business growth

- Lead, motivate, and guide the team to achieve targets

Skills Required:

- Demonstrated success in customer retention and service excellence

- Strong people leadership skills with experience in managing performance and engagement

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to support sound decision-making

- Clear communication and strong relationship-building skills

- Knowledge of the Chennai market will be an added advantage

- Strong experience in Ocean Freight revenue and margin management, with a proven ability to grow volumes

- Experience in carrier negotiations and cost management
