Job Profile:

This role places strong emphasis on financial leadership, governance, and business partnering, while ensuring operational excellence across support functions.

1. Finance & Accounts (Primary Focus)

- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis aligned with business objectives.

- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).

2. Human Resources

- Oversee HR strategy including talent acquisition, retention, and development.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

3. Information Technology

- Supervise IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Ensure data security, system reliability, and business continuity planning.

- Collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions for efficiency.

4. Administration

- Oversee general administration, facilities management, and vendor contracts.

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and cost-effective facility management.

- Maintain compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

5. Logistics & Supply Chain Support

- Supervise logistics operations including inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.

- Ensure efficient coordination between manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams.

- Optimize logistics costs and improve service levels.

Desired Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification with 14+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in leadership roles with proven expertise in financial planning, compliance and Audits.

- Experience managing multiple support functions (HR, Admin, IT, Logistics) is essential.

- Strong experience in manufacturing and/or medical devices/pharma sector preferred.
