Experience: 10+ Years (Retail / Store Expansion Preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic leader to head New Projects & NSO (New Store Openings), responsible for end-to-end execution of retail store launches. This role will drive store expansion through strong project management, design excellence, and efficient vendor coordination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Store Expansion & Execution

- Lead end-to-end new store openings across regions

- Ensure timely launch within budget and quality standards

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously

2. Store Design & Planning

- Drive store layouts, design concepts, and space planning

- Optimize customer experience and operational efficiency

- Standardize design templates for scalability

3. Project Management

- Oversee civil, interior, MEP, and fixtures installation

- Manage complete project lifecycle from site handover to launch

- Conduct regular site reviews and progress tracking

4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage contractors, architects, and vendors

- Coordinate with landlords, malls, and internal teams

- Negotiate contracts and timelines

5. Budget & Cost Control

- Manage project budgets and cost optimization

- Ensure efficient resource utilization

6. Compliance & Approvals

- Ensure all licenses, approvals, and statutory compliance

- Adhere to safety and legal standards

7. Process & Scalability

- Build SOPs and standardize rollout processes

- Implement project tracking tools and reporting systems

8. Post-Launch Support

- Ensure smooth handover to operations

- Resolve post-launch issues and improve processes

Preferred Background:

- Experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewellery, Lifestyle, QSR, etc.)

- Exposure to mall & high-street store formats

- Familiarity with design tools and project tracking systems
