(Your key responsibilities): - Lead the team towards enriched product development. - Identify key vendors for sourcing, and manufacturing, negotiate the commercials & work with them on the final product. - Work closely with the procurement team to understand the customer and supplier pain points to constantly reinvent the new product redevelopment strategy. - Drive implementation of processes necessary for fit and finish, probable variations considering manufacturing process by getting limit samples approved from QA and R&D and evaluating the samples. - Filing for Wordmarks, Trademarks and Brand Authorization and maintaining the database. - Constantly stay in touch with the customer support team to understand product feedback from existing customers on product efficacy, usage, and reactions & continually improve the product basis voice of customers. - Assist with cost-saving projects and making changes to the existing formulations as per the quality and regulatory requirements.
