Role Summary

Own end-to-end new product development from concept to manufacturing handoff (EVT/DVT/PVT).

This is a hands-on leadership role, not program management.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver products from concept to production

- Contribute deeply in Mechanical/CAD

- Lead EVT/DVT/PVT and readiness reviews

- Drive DFM/DFA, tooling, and certifications

- Align cross-functional teams (CAD, software, manufacturing)

- Own BOM cost targets and vendor strategy

- Identify and resolve risks early

Must-Have Background

- 10+ years in consumer or embedded hardware

- Proven track record of taking products to mass production

- Strong hands-on expertise in structural design and CAD

- Solid understanding of EMI/EMC, DFM/DFA, and tooling

- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
