Head - New Business & Diversification - Chemicals/Renewable Energy Business

The incumbent will be responsible for exploration, development and communication of New Business Opportunities, prepositions, collaborations and strategic initiatives. The chief objective of role is to conceptualize, plan & initiate launch of new business ventures.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- He will be responsible with being the Innovator and forward thinker. Be the creative spirit that develop and seeks ideas, drive innovative strategies

- Exploring New Business Opportunities and creating new business prepositions

- Initiating and Planning for new business ventures with detailed technical, product, market and commercial feasibilities

- Provides oversight of new project implementation including all activities, outputs and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans and project performance.

- SWOT Analysis and compilation of detailed success parameters of the project

- To look for new technologies, products, markets, consumer needs, both present and future

- Doing a detailed Techno-Commercial analysis, enumerating the full life cycle of the business from Raw Material to final consumption

- Analysis of the preposition from varied standpoints viz. technical, geographical, commercial, political, social, demographic, cultural, regulatory etc.

- Creating a value preposition from the acquisition, valuation and ROCE point of view

- Position requires the incumbent to be constantly updated on business, market, products, banking & financial institutions, socio-cultural geopolitical.
