Primary Objective: Drive growth in the Schools English vertical through sales strategy, team leadership, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales strategy for K-12 English learning and assessment solutions.
- Manage sales targets, revenue, and profitability across South Asia.
- Build a strong K-12 market presence by engaging with top private and international schools.
- Design and implement sales plans, including new product launches, pricing, and promotions.
- Guide a sales team, ensure training, upskilling, and performance management.
- Foster cross-selling culture and long-term account management.
- Work with finance, operations, and customer service teams to support order execution and collections.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and forecasting.
Ideal Candidate:
- 12-15 years' experience in K-12 education sales (Ed-tech/K12 publishers).
- Strong exposure to the school ecosystem in South Asia.
- Proven success managing sales of - 75 crores+.
- Strategic thinker with strong people management and execution skills.
